You’re in the right place if…
You’re feeling overwhelmed by the amount of information available online and tired of clicking from one article to the next, wondering whether you’ve missed anything important.

- You instantly knew how to calm your crying newborn.
- You had all the time-saving hacks up front so you wouldn’t need to figure everything out on your own.
- You were able to know what’s normal and what’s a cause for concern, so you could avoid all that extra stress.
- You had the knowledge and confidence to challenge any unsolicited advice from well-meaning friends and family.
- You knew about all the coolest brands and products to make your life easier and avoid wasting money on things you don’t need.
- You felt prepared to face any new challenge parenthood throws at you.

“This toolkit is just what we needed! We had signed up for a newborn baby care class at our hospital but it was cancelled due to COVID-19 and we couldn’t even see our families to help – we’d been so worried! Since our daughter was born, we’ve been enjoying the Parenting Essentials toolkit and using it as needed since with a newborn we only have a few free minutes at a time! The sleep section has been particularly useful as our daughter has been struggling with that. I found the video format and demonstrations very helpful as I can visualize exactly what to do! Nathalie is like a knowledgeable older sister who has great advice and experience to share without being judgmental or bossy.“
Victoria T., new mom
“A huge thank you for the quality of the content you created – this was and still is so helpful and practical. I felt very prepared on the practical side of things and relaxed as a result which is making my experience very pleasant. I shall be recommending The Little Leopard to all the upcoming new mums around me!”
Prune P., new mom

- It’s self-paced, so you get to choose when, where and how often you go through the content.
- It consists of straight-to-the-point videos (1 to 8 minutes) and handy printable PDFs for maximum efficiency.
- It’s the easiest way to prepare your partner for parenthood too (in case they’re the kind of person who refuses to attend awkward group classes or read lengthy parenting manuals).
- You’ve got everything you need in one place for easy reference, so you no longer need to waste time trying to find that one useful tip you’d once read about somewhere…
- It’s focused on practicality: tips that actually work!

“Parenting Essentials has been so insightful! You even managed to keep my husband interested – he’d refused to read any books so far, but watched all the videos in the toolkit with me! Can’t wait to meet our baby and put everything into practice!”
Laura M., mom-to-be
“As a second-time mom I wasn’t too sure how much I’d learn from the Parenting Essentials toolkit, but wow… Throughout it I just kept thinking « if only I knew this when I had my first baby, what a difference it would have made!». I speak from experience when I say that this toolkit definitely saves you a lot of time – I just wish it existed when I had my first baby!”
Amanda D., mother of two
“So glad to have gotten the Parenting Essentials toolkit before giving birth! I’m due in a couple of weeks and feel much more prepared for what’s to come. It was easy to follow and I learned so many practical things. I would definitely recommend this to any first-time parent!“

Why trust me?
I’m a mother of two, so I’ve been there and know what it’s like!
I spent over 3000 hours researching everything I could so you don’t have to.
I used to be a director in a large corporate company and became an expert at boiling down large amounts of data and information to the essence, so that others could get what they needed without having to go through everything themselves.
Thanks to my international network and background, you can get the best parenting tips from around the world.
I’ve helped over a thousand first-time parents feel confident and prepared for parenthood, so I know I can help you out too!

If there is one thing I’m 100% sure of, it’s that you will not regret feeling prepared if you’re about to become a parent for the first time!
Hi, I’m Nathalie !
When I was pregnant with my first child, I gathered information from so many different places, I read articles and blog posts, I read parenting books, I attended courses, I joined support groups, I read hundreds of testimonials from other parents and even became a certified first-aider.
It was only after having my baby, that I realized how many things I’d actually missed and wished I had been able to prepare for, if only I had known to look them up.
The truth is… we don’t know what we don’t know… so there’s no way to know all the things we want to be aware of, unless someone tells us…
Over the years I saw so many moms struggle with things that could have easily been avoided if only they’d gotten the right kind of information and support up front.
It became clear to me that our parenting experience is defined by which information and tips we did or did not get at a certain point in time.

And that’s why I decided it was time for things to change: because I believe that having the tools and information to set you up for success in the most important (and hardest!) job you’ll ever have, should not be a matter of luck nor a matter of how many hours you spend searching online!
So I created the Parenting Essentials toolkit, which in a nutshell is the kind of resource that all seasoned parents wish they’d had access to before welcoming their first child.
I spent over 3000 hours researching everything I could and backed it with over 5 years of personal parenting experience, so that parents-to-be can finally have access to the tools and information they need to have a relaxed and confident start to life’s biggest adventure.
With two kids by now, I can also honestly say that I’ve been there: the sleepless nights, the never-ending self-doubt as a new mom, the feeling of despair when your baby just won’t stop crying, the struggles and challenges that come with breastfeeding, the separation anxiety when having to return to work… but of course also all the wonderful «firsts» you get to discover with your baby.
I know how hard things can be, but I also know it doesn’t have to be that way. Which is why I’ve made it my mission to help parents-to-be, just like you, thrive as new parents.
So let’s do this together!
Nathalie
Founder of The Little Leopard & creator of the Parenting Essentials toolkit
“Parenting Essentials should be required to be taken by every new parent, or even people thinking about having children, in order to be allowed to truly be a parent. I am happy with the way it was easy to follow, uncomplicated, and has given me some good ideas that I have implemented in my son’s life. Thank you for this new educational experience!”
Mellisa S., new mom
“My wife and I decided to get the Parenting Essentials toolkit on top of a series of other trainings we took before our son’s birth and we are very grateful for it. We learned so many practical tips that are helping us save so much time and frustration in our everyday life as first-time parents. The toolkit is very complete and as a new dad I found it very reassuring. After going through it, I felt that I was as well equipped as my wife to take care of our newborn son! Thank you Nathalie for the great toolkit!”
Mike A., new dad
“We received the Parenting Essentials toolkit as a gift for the birth of our daughter. My wife and I watched all the lessons together! It was such a wonderful experience as it made us feel equally capable of caring for our newborn baby. We found the chapters on nutrition and sleep particularly helpful and are so grateful to the person who gifted it to us! Thank you!!”
Thomas F., new dad
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if I have a question or need help with the toolkit?
If you have any questions related to the Parenting Essentials toolkit, you can contact hi@thelittleleopard.com
When is the best time to get the Parenting Essentials toolkit?
I highly recommend getting it before giving birth and going through it at least once because you have more time now than you will have when your baby is already here. You can then always refer back to it on a needs-basis after giving birth. It will also allow you to have much more meaningful interactions with your midwife, pediatrician and other parents because you’ll be familiar with certain terms, techniques, situations or products, which will enable you to ask them the right questions up front. But even if you only went through the content after giving birth, you would still learn so much from it and definitely wouldn’t regret having gotten it!
For how long will I have access to the Parenting Essentials toolkit?
Once you sign up, you get lifetime access! That means that if you have another baby later on, you will still be able to access the toolkit and go through it again if needed.
Is this toolkit based only on your personal experience?
No, it’s based on theories and recommendations from the best experts in each field and it’s been checked with midwives, pediatricians, doulas and hundreds of other moms. In fact, there are quite a few tips inside the toolkit that I wasn’t able to implement myself because I found out about them too late. Which was very frustrating and all the more reason for me to put this toolkit together so that other parents-to-be don’t need to feel that way!
What format is the content of the toolkit delivered in?
Most modules are in video format. A few short topics are text based for simplicity. The toolkit also includes a few downloadable PDF files that you can print out for easy reference. All the materials are in English.
What if I am unhappy with the Parenting Essentials toolkit?
I would never want you to be unhappy! So in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me within the first 14 days and I will give you a full refund. I will only ask you why you were unhappy with it, that’s all.
If my baby is more than 6 months old, is this toolkit still for me?
The Parenting Essentials toolkit focuses on the first year of a baby’s life. You will certainly learn many things from it if you take it after 6 months, but you would benefit most from it if you took it before your baby is born or while your baby is still in the newborn phase.
